Cosmetic Dermatology Receptionist

Kingsway Dermatology & Aesthetics (KDAA) is a leading Cosmetic and Medical Dermatology practice located in Miranda, Sutherland Shire. We are committed to providing exceptional client experiences and are seeking an organised, empathetic and detail-oriented Cosmetic Receptionist to join our expanding team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring their treatment journey runs smoothly – from their initial enquiry to follow-up care. This position reports directly to our Cosmetic Office Manager and works closely with dermal therapists, dermatologists, and other clinical staff.

Location: Miranda (NSW 2228) – Sutherland Shire.

About the role:

Welcoming clients and managing cosmetic enquiries across phone, email and social media.

Coordinating appointments and supporting smooth patient flow.

Providing pre- and post-care information and following up client progress.

Assisting with treatment preparation and clinic organisation.

Supporting the Cosmetic Office Manager with administration and reporting.

Contributing to creative projects including website and social media updates.

About you:

A professional, warm and approachable communicator.

Proven front-of-house or customer service experience (healthcare, beauty or luxury industries ideal).

Well presented and confident at all times.

High attention to detail, able to multitask and stay calm during busy times.

Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential; Canva and social media skills highly regarded).

Committed to confidentiality and professionalism.

Prior cosmetic or dermatology reception experience is desirable, but training will be provided.
