Your role will be to support our Specialist Physicians and Surgeons with second to none admin support. You will report to the Practice Manager.
Duties & responsibilities:
Running of busy clinics
Checking in patients
Updating records, scanning and importing medical records
Billing, debt chasing (including liaising with Medicare and Health Funds)
Manage phone calls and other administrative duties
Skills & experience:
Previous Medical Reception experience is essential
You need to be able to work well within a team as well as independently
Must be willing to travel to multiple sites
Have your own reliable transport
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment
Positive attitude and show initiative
Confident liaising with Specialist Doctors
High attention to detail
