About the Role

Join a leading national law firm as a Legal Assistant supporting a Partner in the Dispute Litigation department. You'll play a key role in managing files, preparing legal documentation, and keeping the team running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Opening and closing files
• Preparing briefs, legal documents, and correspondence
• Court filing and document management
• Monthly billing and financial support
• Diary management and client liaison

You'll be part of a collaborative team of 2 Legal Assistants supporting 2 Partners, 2 Special Counsels, and 6 Solicitors.

About You

You're a proactive and reliable legal support professional with:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in litigation (commercial, disputes, banking & finance, government, PI or family law)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience with legal systems such as Affinity, Leap, or Morae
• A positive attitude and a commitment to team success

Salary: $80,000 - $92,000 package (inclusive of super), depending on experience
