The Role

You will be supporting a Partner and 3 lawyers in a collaborative banking and finance practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing files, diaries, and travel arrangements
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with billing and monthly reporting
• Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary, ideally in banking & finance or commercial law
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
