Supporting a Partner and Team in the Estate Planning area | Well established mid tier law firm | 3 years Legal Assistant experience is essential (in any area)

The Role

As a Legal Assistant, you will support a Partner and 2 Solicitors in the Estate Planning department. Duties include -

• Dealing with clients, making appointments,
• Screening calls, taking new enquiries
• Preparing correspondence and documents,
• Some dictation
• End of month billings
• And general administrative duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 3 years Legal Assistant. Some Estate Planning experience is preferred but not essential.

Well established reputable Gold Coast law firm. Have 35 staff. Offer free parking to all staff.
