The role

As a Legal Assistant, you will be supporting the Commercial Litigation team (2 Partners and team) in a dynamic law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Duties include -

• Preparation and amending court documents and preparation and drafting of correspondence,
• Dealing with clients,
• Diary management, email management,
• Billings, cost agreements
• Brief preparation
• and general administration duties.

Your experience

You will have minimum of 2 years Legal Secretary experience. Litigation Legal Assistant experience is not essential. This position would suit an intermediate Legal Secretary.

The Law Firm/ Salary

Dynamic law firm of 55 staff with top tier quality work and systems, plus a supportive and good culture. Free yoga and Pilates, weekly drinks, team building activities and Group Trainer once a week. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience ($70,000 to $80,000 including Superannuation).
