We're partnering with a boutique law firm that works across planning & environment law and native title matters, that contributes to long-term ecological and cultural outcomes. They're seeking a Legal Assistant to join their close-knit, down-to-earth team.

Supporting lawyers, your role will include:

• Preparing and amending legal documents related to environmental and native title cases
• Drafting routine correspondence with a focus on clarity and respect
• Diary and inbox management
• Booking travel (with sustainability in mind)
• Liaising with clients, courts, and stakeholders
• Billing and general legal secretarial tasks

About you:

You'll bring experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary in any area of law. Most importantly, you'll be a team player who's happy to pitch in and support your authors in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
