Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne’s most reputable real estate agencies. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their high-performing team based in Melbourne’s North!

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, conducting appraisals, prospecting, and securing listings. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage your administration, allowing you to focus on relationship building and growth.

What do you do?

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship management
• Conduct property appraisals and manage the end-to-end listing process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage your Virtual Assistant to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local property market and emerging opportunities

What do you need?

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the real estate industry
• A proactive, driven and results-focused mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A current real estate certificate or licence is preferred
