Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, analyse competitors, and develop effective positioning strategies.

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies that align with corporate objectives.

Drive business development initiatives and support sales growth.

Manage and evaluate the office’s ongoing marketing campaigns, while developing new creative initiatives aligned with corporate branding and strategies to enhance local brand awareness.

Identify new growth areas and collaborate with the sales team to develop new service offerings.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities to keep the brand competitive.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Communications.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant marketing role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience in event management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite).

Highly innovative and passionate about securing new customers.

Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude.

Strong project management skills and a customer-centric mindset.
