The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a self-motivated, ambitious, and relentlessly sales-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on creating opportunities, driving the sales pipeline, and supporting the business in expanding into new and exciting markets. This role balances outbound sales development (prospecting, pipeline building, lead qualification) with account management for established B2B clients.

Strong track record in B2B sales development, lead generation, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and convert leads into long-term customers
Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-starter with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or engineering/maker industries is highly regarded.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, sales development, or business development roles.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, or Marketing (desirable but not essential).
