About the Role

Being part of the Property Management team, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, picking up the phone and turning conversations into lasting landlord partnerships. You’ll work closely with the Director on strategy and marketing, with the opportunity to design and grow this function into a key part of the business.

What you’ll do

Drive growth by winning 10-15 new landlords per month.

Tap into a strong pipeline of leads from open homes, referrals, and local networks, while confidently generating your own.

Actively prospect, cold call and follow up with potential landlords and investors.

Build and nurture referral relationships with various teams, financial advisers, and local businesses, etc.

Deliver engaging appraisals and presentations to convert leads into managements.

Ensure a seamless handover for new clients into the Property Management team while maintaining ongoing relationships.

Partner with leadership to develop marketing campaigns and long-term growth strategies.

About you

Proven track record in real estate/property management business development is ideal, or another business development/sales role.

Comfortable with outbound calls, networking and presenting to new clients.

A natural people-person who can build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.

Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets.

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC), driver’s licence, and police check (or willing to obtain).
