With over 6,500 homes delivered across Victoria and more than 1,100 new homes in the pipeline, this group has earned a name for delivering quality, affordable housing and is continuing to grow rapidly.

An opportunity now exists for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their team based in Melbourne. Working directly with the Directors, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding a national network of referral partners.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel agents, wealth creation firms, property investment groups, and finance brokers
  • Generate new business through calls, meetings, and networking
  • Conduct on-site inspections and facilitate project presentations
  • Manage end-to-end referral relationships through a cloud-based CRM and agent portal
  • Represent the brand at events and industry functions to grow awareness
  • Proactively drive monthly sales results through consistent partner engagement
  • Deliver weekly reports and contribute to strategic sales discussions

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar BDM or Channel Sales role within residential property or related industries
  • Proven success in generating and managing business relationships
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive to achieve and exceed KPIs and targets
  • Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated
  • Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or after hours when required
