We’re a founder-led, fast-growing consultancy with deep domain expertise — including co-founder Glenn Ralph, one of Australia’s leading voices in fashion ERP.
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth by connecting with high-potential brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for many future clients — opening doors, sparking conversations, and qualifying leads for our founders.
You’ll:
Research and identify ideal companies in fashion, apparel, and furniture
Run outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone, and events
Build and manage accurate lead lists and CRM records
Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Book and coordinate discovery meetings with the founders
Share market insights to refine our messaging
Support marketing efforts like events, content, and campaigns
You’ll work directly with:
Duncan (Growth & Strategy) – leading sales conversations and client relationships
Glenn (Fashion Tech Authority) – providing deep technical and industry knowledge
We operate as a tight 3-person sales squad, collaborating on every deal.
What Success Looks Like
50 quality touchpoints/day (LinkedIn, email, phone)
10 qualified meetings booked/month
$400K in qualified pipeline/quarter
Clean, up-to-date CRM data
About You
We’re open to a range of backgrounds. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or business development
Communicate clearly and confidently — especially with senior stakeholders
Are proactive, resilient, and ready for high-volume outreach
Are curious about tech, consulting, and the fashion/furniture space
Are organised, coachable, and eager to grow

You’ll start by learning how to open and qualify opportunities. Over time, you’ll take on discovery calls, support proposals, and grow into a Business Development Manager role — with direct mentorship from our founders.

Salary & Commission
Base Salary: A$70K – A$90K
OTE (On-Target Earnings): A$95K – A$115K
Commission:
A$200 per qualified meeting (up to target)
1% of deal value when a lead you sourced closes
