At Green Cup, we're dedicated to providing healthy, nutritious and delicious health food options to our vibrant community. Our menu consists of Acai bowls, Green Smoothies, Superfood Smoothies and an expanding Nourish Bowl menu. Our cafe chain is rapidly expanding in both product line and locations, and we're looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead and inspire our team across eight of our thriving locations.
Job Overview:
As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational success of our stores. Your role will involve driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, continuous training of managers and team members to ensure smooth running of each store.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales, COGS, labour and P&L results with Store Managers
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of eight cafes, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained across all locations.
Inventory and Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure efficient supply chain processes.
Marketing and Promotion: Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive foot traffic and build brand presence
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all locations adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, preferably in the QSR or café/restaurants
- Strong understanding of health food trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial reports and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations with a focus on operational excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with point-of-sale systems such as Square and rostering programs such Tanda and Deputy.
- Experience managing Inventory control programs
- Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
