Part-Time Specialist Receptionist with immediate start until 17th July 2026

Sunshine Kids Clinic is a Specialist Practice looking for a friendly, professional and organised Medical Receptionist who can work well in a team and autonomously.

This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing Paediatrician.

To be successful, you will have had previous experience in Specialist or GP rooms and have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

We Have:

A great opportunity for a professional Receptionist on a part-time basis to work 3 days a fortnight with the ability to cover for leave and sick leave. There may be additional 3-5 hours a fortnight for a high-skill candidate. (25.5-30 hours per fortnight)

You Have:

Experience in medical reception/administration

Good IT/computer skills and familiarity with Genie Software is preferable

Manage patient bookings via email, telephone and in person

Experience with patient billings Via Medicare Online

Enthusiasm, motivation with initiative to work independently

Excellent communication skills

An impeccable work ethic.
