About the role

Morphett Vale Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinical staff at our urgent care clinic located in Morphett Vale, South Australia.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome patients, manage patient enquiries and bookings

Maintain patient records and update electronic medical systems

Assist with the coordination and organisation of the medical clinic's workflow

Provide administrative support to the clinical team as required

Contribute to a positive and professional work environment
