SA Regional Skin Cancer Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a relatively new clinic, this is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to help shape the future of our practice while being part of a caring and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients upon arrival

Schedule and confirm appointments

Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

Process billing and insurance claims

Assist medical staff with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in medical reception or a related field preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in computer applications

Previous experience using Xestro software preferred but not required

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

Commitment to patient care and confidentiality
