About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Full Time Trainee Medical Receptionist to join our very busy team at the Goulburn Health Hub Medical Centre in Goulburn, NSW. This is a full-time role that will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing patient records

Handling patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service

Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the medical centre

Developing your medical reception skills through on-the-job training and support
