✨ About the Role

Warmly greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy

Manage appointments and patient records with accuracy and care

Answer calls and respond to enquiries efficiently

Process Medicare and private billing

Provide essential administrative support to our clinical team

✅ What We’re Looking For

Previous medical reception or customer service experience (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Team player with initiative and reliability

Familiarity with Best Practice or similar software (advantageous)

📅 Position Details

Full-time or casual hours available (Monday–Friday)

Immediate start preferred
