Dapto Podiatry Clinic is a long established locally based business that is currently looking for a permanent part-time office receptionist with an immediate start. We are a very busy clinic with 5 podiatrists providing a range of services to a diverse clientele.

We are looking for someone to welcome our clients with a smile and work with us to provide professional and quality podiatry services.

Desirable Qualities:

Experience in Medical administration. Knowledge of Medicare, HCP and NDIS billing as well as a familiarity in practice management software - Pracsuite

Professional and friendly

Multi-tasking and prioritising abilities. The ability to work with limited supervision

Ability to work in a team-based environment

Professional and friendly phone manner and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities: Including but not limited to-

Being the first point of contact to welcome our clients

Client bookings & chatting over the phone

General administration & computer skills

Sterilisation of medical equipment

Position Details:

Part Time 3 to 4 days per week

Remuneration in accordance with Health Professionals & Support Services Award and level of experience

Able to start as soon as possible
