What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Using Best Practice software for Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently

Handling telephone enquiries and booking requests

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Promoting and maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

Providing general support to the clinical team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist

Experience with Best Practice software

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanour

Proficiency in using medical practice management software and standard office applications

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
