We’re on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Contract Coordinator to join a Property Developer. This role is perfect for someone who loves being the go-to person, managing the process from contract support through to settlement, and keeping everything running like clockwork.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and processing sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinating with clients, solicitors, developers, and agents to keep timelines on track.
• Managing settlements and key milestones, ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to support the sales team.
• Assisting with ad-hoc administration to keep the office organised and efficient.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in contract administration, sales coordination, or a similar role within property, development, or real estate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
