This is a Sales Support Assistant role to work closely with one of the sales executives, providing day-to-day support across sales operations, client coordination and business administration.
This is a junior role, perfect for someone with customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, call centre or service) who’s ready to transition into a business environment.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring that sales operations run smoothly, client interactions are seamless, and daily tasks are completed efficiently.
Role responsibilities
Team & Client Support
Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
Support client communication and coordination, ensuring a positive experience.
Accurately update and manage client records in CRM systems.
Sales Operations
Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports.
Track and update sales activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Deliver timely administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Process Efficiency
Organise files, contracts, and sales materials.
Identify opportunities to streamline day-to-day workflows.
Be a reliable point of contact for internal requests and updates.
Learning & Development
Shadow sales calls and meetings to build product and client knowledge.
Gain hands-on exposure to sales processes in preparation for future progression.
Collaborate with operations, customer success, and product team to ensure a smooth client journey.
Role requirements
1 + years experience in a customer-facing role (Retail, IT / Tech / software sales, customer service, sales support / coordination)
Keen interest in the software & technology industry, and willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a professional but approachable style.
Proactive, reliable and eager to take initiative.
Comfortable using (or willing to learn) digital tools like email, scheduling platforms, and CRMs.
Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-moving, growing company.
Eagerness to learn, grow and take on new challenges.
