ABOUT YOU

As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our agents and ensuring seamless campaign management from listing through to settlement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant, and collaborative environment.

Our ideal applicant will have:

Previous real estate administration experience (required).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating property campaigns and supporting sales directors and agents.

Managing schedules, communications, and administration tasks.

Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Maintaining operational structure and staying calm under pressure.

Proactively solving problems and stepping in wherever needed.
