About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Support Coordinator to be the backbone of our Business Development team. This is a critical role that blends administration, customer service, and direct sales support. You will be instrumental in managing our sales pipeline, supporting our Business Development Managers (BDMs), and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline & Lead Management: Assist in managing the sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, preparing sales documentation, and scheduling appointments for the BDM team.
CRM & Database Administration: Meticulously maintain and update our CRM software, ensuring all client and investor data is accurate. You will be key to managing our growing investor database.
Client Onboarding & Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding process.
Investor Coordination: Liaise between the sales team and our investor network to efficiently allocate new vending machine sites.
Reporting & Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the BDM, including generating sales reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating team schedules.
Relationship Building: Proactively conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and request referrals to drive further growth.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a role such as Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative.
Demonstrated excellence in organisation, coordination, and time-management, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; you must be confident and professional when speaking with clients.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is highly desirable.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
