We’re seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Bayswater Head Office—an exciting role perfect for a highly organised, multi-tasking assistant ready to elevate their admin and coordination skills.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every request is handled with professionalism and warmth. You’ll coordinate Sales Administrators’ workloads, manage quotes and site setups, and partner closely with Relationship and Business Development Managers to help the team hit its goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be the friendly first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.

Coordinate and balance Sales Administrators’ workloads, ensuring efficient task distribution and timely follow-ups.

Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Service Teams, and Property Assessors to meet client needs.

Use Monday (CRM) to organise workflows, track interactions, and produce actionable reports.

Prepare and manage data to monitor sales performance and support decision-making.

Foster a positive, team-focused culture through clear, proactive communication.

What We’re Looking For

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional manner.

Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities to stay on top of competing priorities.

A customer-focused, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience with Monday (CRM) or similar CRM platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Previous experience in a coordinator, executive assistant, or high-level administrative role is a plus.
