We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Pakenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop expertise in a specialized field.

🔧 About the Role:

As the Internal Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day branch operations. This is a diverse position involving a wide range of tasks critical to branch performance and customer satisfaction.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Providing internal sales support and exceptional customer service

Coordinating deliveries and managing stock movement

Processing orders and assisting with inventory control

Liaising with suppliers and freight providers

Supporting the branch team to ensure smooth operational flow

Interest in learning about lubricants and their applications in industrial sectors

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in sales, admin or warehousing (desirable but not essential)
