Your day will include:

Managing and following up on all quotes and variations our CRM.

Tracking leads and enquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.

Coordinating project schedules and flagging any conflicts early.

Communicating clearly with builders and clients about progress and updates.

Supporting internal teams with reporting, data accuracy, and workflow improvements.

What We’re Looking For

You’re organized, proactive, and thrive on getting things done right the first time. You’ll bring:

Experience in sales coordination, project admin, or operations support, ideally in construction, roofing, or a related field.

Strong communication skills with builders and trades.

Solid computer literacy and confidence with job management systems (experience with AroFlo highly regarded).

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

The ability to manage competing deadlines and keep projects on track.

KPIs and Success Measures
