As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with our valued clients. This full-time position is based in Braeside, Victoria, offering the chance to contribute to the strategic growth of our thriving Wholesale distribution business.
What you’ll do
Prospecting and generating new sales leads through outbound calls, networking and other prospecting activities
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Providing excellent customer service and managing ongoing client relationships
Collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably at least 1-3 years in B2B internal sales / sales support / account coordination (solar, electrical, industrial or wholesale ideal)
Confident communicator on phone and email; fast, accurate and customer-obsessed
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Driven, ambitious and passionate about achieving sales targets
Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis to drive sales
Must have the right to work in Australia
Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites
