About the role:

A Federal Government agency is seeking an ABL QA Lead to support the integration and acceptance testing of complex ICT systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of testing by defining test strategy, coordinating test activities, and delivering authoritative guidance on test planning and execution. The position requires a strong focus on quality assurance across the full testing lifecycle, ensuring outcomes are delivered to a high standard within a large-scale program environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work within the Intelligence Analysis Data Backbone (IADB) to coordinate and manage planning of ISR system and acceptance testing, including software security testing.

Take responsibility for integrity of all testing and acceptance activities.

Define, maintain, and communicate the test strategy for the project.

Manage all test processes including test plans, resourcing, costs, timescales, deliverables, and traceability.

Provide authoritative advice and guidance on test planning, execution, and risk management.

Manage client and stakeholder relationships with respect to testing activities.

Identify process improvements and contribute to corporate testing standards and best practice.

Demonstrated experience as a Senior Test Specialist leading and managing test activities within large-scale system integration projects.

Proven ability to coordinate Acceptance Test and Evaluation (AT&E), including security-focused testing within complex development or integration programs.

Experience defining and implementing test strategy and managing delivery of test processes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage client relationships.
