About the Role

This role leads defect management, automation strategy, and testing across Agile squads, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead defect management and triage across multiple Agile squads
• Develop and implement automated regression testing across environments
• Create and maintain test data across Dev, Test, and QA systems
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve critical defects
• Guide squads on quality improvement and defect prevention practices
• Mentor junior QA and test analysts to build team capability

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of data quality principles and testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience analysing data quality, integration, and functional issues
• Proven expertise in defect metrics and testing cycles (SIT, UAT, production)
• Experience writing test cases, scripts, and using automation tools
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
• Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Australian Citizenship & existing Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
