Our client, a Federal Government organisation, who provide clear and persuasive advice to the government on how it might best tackle the significant issues facing Australia, are seeking the experience of a Test Manager.

About the role - Test Manager

Work closely with project, technical and executive stakeholders to contribute to develop and implement a strong automation strategy, conduct automated regression testing across various applications and environments (Dev, Test, QA).

Duties - Test Manager

• Develop and implement a program test strategy covering all streams underpinning the program
• Lead test planning, in collaboration with test leads in each stream, scheduling and coordination across multiple projects
• Oversee delivery of each streams testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and security testing

Skills / Experience - Test Manager

• Demonstrated success in managing program-level test activities across large, complex ICT Programs (10+ years), with 7+ years in program test leadership roles
• Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide test strategies, master test plans, and quality assurance frameworks
• Strong track record in delivering System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance, and security testing within multi-vendor environments
