Trusted by government agencies, police forces, stadiums, major event organisers, and construction/traffic management companies, their product range includes hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) barriers, temporary fencing, portable power and generator sets, and associated site equipment.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and hands-on Operations Coordinator to join the Melbourne operations team. Based at Tullamarine, this role will see you driving MR and HR class trucks to deliver, deploy, and collect temporary barrier systems and safety equipment at events and activations across Australia. In addition to transport duties, you will work with the operations team on-site to assist with barrier installation, equipment deployment, and client coordination. This is a physically active role that requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks to deliver and collect barriers, fencing, and equipment to/from event and project sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using manual handling and forklifts.
• Support on-site deployment, installation, positioning, and removal of barriers and safety systems.
• Conduct site walk-throughs with clients, event managers, and security partners to understand requirements.
• Follow OH&S standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures at all times.
• Manage delivery timelines and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Represent the company professionally on-site as a key contact for operations.
• Assist in warehouse operations when not on-site, including equipment checks and preparation.

About You

• Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) truck license or a willingness to obtain one
• Forklift licence or a willingness to obtain one
• Background in logistics, desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in outdoor conditions.
