Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a well-established property development and construction group to recruit a talented Marketing Specialist / Office Coordinator. With over 25 years of experience and a track record of delivering thousands of homes across Victoria, this group combines design, sustainability, and affordability, and continues to expand rapidly with a pipeline of more than 1,000 new builds over the next 36 months.
As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving marketing campaigns, managing marketing agencies, digital platforms, and supporting project launches, while also contributing to the smooth running of office operations alongside senior leaders.

What will you do?
- Collaborate with directors to plan and execute strategic sales and marketing campaigns across multiple projects
- Manage CRM systems, listing platforms, websites, and EDM campaigns to ensure accurate and engaging communications
- Oversee social media presence, content creation, and brand messaging across all platforms
- Liaise with external agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver creative projects and marketing activations
- Coordinate display suites, project launches, and other promotional events
- Provide office support, including scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day coordination, to ensure smooth operations
What do you need?
- Minimum 2-3 year’s experience in a Marketing Specialist role or similar (Marketing Executive, Brand Assistant, Marketing Assistant)
- Property industry experience preferred but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 (particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint)
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite at the marketing level.
