3. To support our strategic growth and operational efficiency, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Management Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The successful candidate will need to satisfy the following criteria:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, management, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
· Previous experience in warehouse operations, import/export cargo handling, or project coordination, preferably within logistics or supply chain sectors.
· Ability to manage and schedule staff effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
· Competent forklift operation skills with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
· Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
· High attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools or ERP systems is desirable.
· Ability to prepare clear presentations and reports for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:
· Inspect warehouse import and export cargo to ensure compliance with standards and accuracy.
· Manage and schedule daily tasks for warehouse and project staff to maintain productivity.
· Operate forklifts safely and efficiently as part of daily warehouse operations.
· Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed on time and according to requirements.
· Coordinate meetings, maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular status updates to the project team.
· Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and partners to support project success.
· Identify potential issues and risks, proactively resolving them to minimise impact on project timelines and outcomes.
· Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available to all relevant parties.
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation accessible to all relevant parties.
· Assist in preparing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and reporting financial variances.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes and procedures.
· Coordinate labour resources, procurement, and delivery of materials, equipment, and machinery.
· Implement coordinated work programs to ensure smooth operational flow and project execution.
