Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Super pertaining to experience

The Opportunity
This is not a passive purchasing role. It’s frontline operations where urgency is everything.
As Operations & Purchasing Administrator, you will:
Procure critical parts and services fast — eliminating bottlenecks and keeping machines moving.
Close workshop jobs within 24 hours, ensuring every detail, part, and labour note is captured correctly.
Collaborate closely with coordinators, operations teams, and a fellow (remote-based) administrator to streamline workflows.
Manage warranties and claims to secure timely resolutions and cost recovery.
Every hour counts when a machine is down. You’ll thrive under pressure, track down what’s needed with speed and accuracy, and take pride in being the reason customers stay on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive A-Player who is:
Experienced in purchasing high-value equipment, capital expenditure, or critical parts.
Urgency-driven — you don’t just wait, you chase, track, and deliver results fast.
Humble, Hungry, and Smart — a team player who balances confidence with empathy and insight.
Commercially savvy — you understand cost, value, and the bigger impact of every purchasing decision.
Organised and detail-focused, ensuring accuracy in systems and documentation.
Collaborative — able to work seamlessly with a remote admin partner and a fast-paced on-site team.
What Success Looks Like
90% of urgent parts ordered and confirmed within 24 hours.
100% of jobs closed within 24 hours of completion — with full accuracy.
A streamlined procurement system implemented within 3 months.
Equipment downtime minimised and client satisfaction maximised.
The Package
Base salary of $85,000 – $95,000 + Super.
