About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an additional Project Manager to strengthen our team and support a diverse portfolio of commercial landscape construction projects across the Perth Metro area. This is an opportunity to contribute to the next stage of our expansion, working with developers, councils, and Tier 1/2 builders to deliver high-quality projects.

As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency, strong client leadership, and commercial outcomes that reflect our reputation for excellence. You'll be joining a high-performing team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple landscape construction projects
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with a focus on efficiency and accountability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Provide clear reporting and updates to internal and external partners
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and industry regulations
• Support and develop project teams to achieve high-performance outcomes
• Contribute to the growth and innovation of project delivery methods

About You:
We're looking for a Project Manager who is:

• A qualified project management professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience
• An effective communicator who builds strong, client-facing relationships
• Confident in managing contract-driven environments with developers, councils, and Tier 1/2 builders
• Skilled in MS Project and Microsoft Office applications
• Commercially astute, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a growing team
• Committed to upholding a positive safety culture
