Our company, based in Canning Vale, is a multi-discipline design & construct team, that is seeing continual growth in our mining and defence projects. Due to continuous growth, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and suitably experienced project manager to join us in delivering innovative solutions and high-quality services to our clients.

The role will see you develop and manage a key project for our client, ensuring alignment to our business strategies whilst also contributing to the development of our brand. Our project managers act as a business wide team who work closely together ensuring our approach to commercial success and governance is consistent and industry leading.

You will show strengths in:

Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure successful delivery

Oversee engineering and construction activities from planning through completion

Provide input and oversight into project deliverables and quality outcomes

Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and performance

Drive commercial, safety, and operational success at every project stage

Ensure robust governance, compliance, and assurance practices are applied

Lead the preparation, review, and submission of tenders and proposals

Manage internal and external teams, ensuring clear and effective communication

Develop project documentation, mobilisation plans, and execution strategies

Monitor and control project financials to deliver on budgetary targets

Contribute positively to team culture and client relationships by fostering collaboration, supporting colleagues, and ensuring project outcomes are achieved collectively

You will have proven experience in the mining or defence sectors, preferably have experience in the bulk fuel storage and distribution area with an understanding of pumping systems and electrical infrastructure.

Construction or commercial project experience with strong understanding of delivering projects on time and under budget.

Proven project management and governance experience.

A driven personality to meet targets, motivate a team and be a strong team player.
