Construction Project Manager – 3 Month Contract (Work from Home)

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager ready to take the reins of multiple projects at once? This 3-month contract role offers the chance to oversee seven construction projects from start to finish, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards – all while working from home with site visits as required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction delivery – planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and depot managers to keep projects moving.
• Secure approvals and manage compliance requirements (DA, council approvals, SWMS, HIRACs).
• Oversee contractors, manage resources, and monitor onsite works.
• Track costs, forecasts, and timelines to keep projects within budget and on schedule.
• Drive quality outcomes and ensure smooth handover to depot managers.
• Run regular progress updates and daily start-up meetings to maintain communication.
• Identify risks and put mitigation plans in place.

What we’re looking for:

• A formal qualification in Building or Construction Management OR at least 5 years’ relevant trade experience (ideally with an electrical background).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once from planning through to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coordinate, and communicate effectively.
• Solid understanding of compliance, permits, and safety management.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
