Minimum 5+ years in construction project management (residential & commercial).
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong track record with on-time, on-budget delivery.
Software & Systems

Safety Leadership
Drive compliance with WHS standards and Australian construction industry regulations. Prepare and monitor SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements)
Conduct thorough site inductions, and oversee high-risk work activities. Lead by example to foster a strong safety culture across all projects.
Subcontractor & Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Coordinate schedules, ensure timely delivery of materials, and manage expectations to keep projects on track.
Act as the primary point of contact for all external trade partners.
Leadership & Ownership
Takes charge while being approachable and collaborative.
Authoritative without ego.
Strong people management skills to lead subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Proven ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments.

Demonstrates ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
Can be trusted to make decisions and follow through.
Strong organisational skills – doesn’t let details slip.

Looking for long-term career growth with Gorilla Construction.
Aligns with company values: resilience, integrity, collaboration, and loyalty.
Willing to roll up sleeves and contribute beyond traditional PM scope when needed.
References & Reputation
Must provide strong professional references.
Reputation for being leader, dependable, and respected by crews and clients alike.
