About the Company & Project
As a growing mid-tier civil contractor with a burgeoning portfolio of works across the mining and infrastructure sector, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a $150M+ D&C project, which will include camp accommodation, warehouse, storage, laboratory and office facilities amongst other items. Initally, you will act in the Design Manager role until the project moves into execution stage in late 2026 where you will take on the role of Project Manager, reporting into the Project Director.

About You
You will be an articulate, motivated Project Manager with proven experience in design & construct projects in the mining NPI sector delivering projects over $50m in the mining/resources sector, with sound commercial acumen, and ability to successfully drive project schedules.
We are specifically looking for Senior Project Engineers or Project Managers that can demonstrate the following criteria:

• Tertiary qualified
• Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
• Proven ability to deliver D&C projects which include mining camp accommodation, workshops, warehouses, fuel facilities etc
• Sound commercial and contractual acumen
• Ability to efficiently manage and motive teams and drive construction programmes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability manage internal and external relationships, design consultants etc.
• Willing to be site based in the project execution phase.

Salary
Whilst salary package will be commensurate with your experience, an approximate guide will be $200,000 - $230,000 + Super + Benefits
