About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering a strategically important Defence project. Working closely with key stakeholders, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams, you’ll ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project operations and coordination
• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with Defence project requirements and quality standards
• Drive a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Report progress to senior management and clients regularly

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial new build projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on projects $30M +
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• Australian Citizenship required
