Our Sales Support team are looking for a new permanent full time Sales Support Officer.
About the role
This role is responsible for entering sales orders into the system for each state and communicating with our Brand Ambassadors, Customers, Warehouse Manager and Sales Manager to ensure a seamless process for our customers.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you are part of a small sales support team impacting our brand and customer experience, by monitoring and manipulating stock throughout Australia.
It is a full time position, located in the Balter offices five days per week in an extremely fast-paced role, so there won’t be time to google if cows have best friends. Short answer is probably, maybe, yes they do, so now that’s out of the way, let’s look at the other stuff.
Some of the specific stuff you’ll be doing
review incoming sales emails and accurately entering orders into system
identify and escalate pricing and stock issues
review credit applications and create new customers within system
work with Brand Ambassadors to fulfil all orders
assist sales team as required
While the main activities of your day will be:
management of all system interfaces across the group;
maintain accurate ‘stock on hand’ levels in Netsuite stock management system;
regular order management discussions with Local Brand Ambassadors, Warehousing, and Logistics.
address any and all problems with proactive solutions
administration of stock fulfilment within strict deadlines and across all states
be the liaison person for 3rd Party Logistics across all states.

About you
A natural self-starter, you can quickly pick up new systems and build rapport instantly. You are a ‘Do it now’ person and you’ve mastered any ERP system (we use Netsuite).
You can troubleshoot your way through most issues that arise, managing problems with solutions with a calm demeanour. You’ve got fast fingers, to process large volumes of data/orders and meeting crazy deadlines is no problem. If you’ve worked in FMCG, you know what we mean.
You don’t need to be right all the time, but you do need to be accurate. Your attention to detail is udderly amazing ;)
Your ‘can do’ attitude gives you the ability to establish strong relationships within the business while providing excellent customer service. You have a strong work ethic, are self motivated, reliable and persistent.
