About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious individual, to join our Property Lane Family as our front of house Administration & Office Support Co-ordinator in a full time capacity working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Meeting and greeting clients/customers

- Answering and directing calls

- General administration

- Maintaining the general office areas for professional presentation

- Providing support to the Sales Team and Property Management Team

- General reception duties (eg. scanning / filing / mailing)

- Contract Management and liaison with stakeholders and lawyers

- Social media and marketing support

You will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, such as ongoing support to the property management and sales teams amongst all general office duties, ensuring the smooth functioning of our Woombye office.

This role demands a true all-rounder who can think on their feet, has exceptional time management skills and can effectively manage multiple simultaneous activities in a fast-paced environment.

As a successful applicant you will have the following:

Current Qld real estate agent’s license (Certificate of Registration minimum)

Qld Drivers Licence

Australian Work Authorisation

Previous experience in real estate (preferable but not critical).

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: To be agreed upon based on applicants level of experience
