To continue to deliver this exceptional level of customer service they need some support from a Sales Support Officer. This role will be pivotal in allowing the sales team to continue to do what they love best and help people with their new novated lease.
As a Sales Support Officer, you will love getting the numbers right. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide top-notch administrative and operational support to the sales team and submit all of our customers financial applications and produce all the required documentation. If you're the kind of person who loves numbers and have that special eye for detail and getting it right, this role is made for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with submitting all finance documentation to our financiers, requesting invoicing from our dealers and attending to the settlement of the vehicle.
Check all completed financial applications for accuracy and completeness.
Provide all the correct documentation for the sales teams to settle the lease in a timely manner.
Master the art of juggling conflicting priorities while riding a unicycle (just kidding, but multitasking is a must!).
Collaborate with our accounts team after settlement and ensure all documentation and supporting information is correct and filed.
Help the sales team ensuring the highest level of customer services.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a financial support or administrative role.
A passion for organising and a talent for multitasking.
Communication skills that can turn a dull conversation into a stand-up comedy show.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (you're the tech wizard!).
Attention to detail and accuracy (because finance is a precision art).
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team (because teamwork makes the dream work).
