Description
This Logistics Admin / Inside Sales Support role sits within a close knit, high-performing team. With strong tenure across the group, this is a great opportunity to join a stable and supportive environment where your contributions will make a direct impact and you can grow your career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries efficiently
- Building strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Providing accurate quotations, processing orders, and advising on delivery schedules
- Following up on quotes, order acknowledgements, invoicing, and delivery details
- Learning and sharing product knowledge confidently
- Proactively anticipating customer needs
- Handling import/export operations and shipping logistics
- Collaborating with supply chain, sales, and other departments
- Coordinating with third-party logistics providers for customs clearance and inventory management
- Supporting sales reps with quotes, stock checks, contracts, deliveries, and documentation
Profile
A successful Inside Sales professional should have:
- Previous experience in sales support or logistics
- An understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and teams.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for data management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A problem solving mindset to address challenges proactively.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
