We’re looking for a Sales Support & Customer Service Coordinator with proven sales experience to help our team deliver exceptional service to our retailers nationwide. If you enjoy building relationships, supporting sales teams, and keeping admin running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

In This Role, You Will:

Manage quotes, orders, and follow-up calls for the sales team

Provide friendly, professional service to retailers across Australia

Keep sales records and CRM data accurate and up to date

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders ship on time

Assist with promotions, campaigns, and reporting

Tackle general admin tasks to keep everything on track

You Have:

Demonstrated sales success (wholesale, distribution, or retail)

Excellent customer service skills – phone, email, and in person

Great organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
