STG Global is a market leading manufacturer of Vacuum Trucks, Water Trucks, Service Trucks, Waste Trucks and Tilt Tray Trucks. We have grown exponentially in the last couple of years and are looking for a highly motivated and diligent individual to join our team in Stayplton, QLD.

We’re seeking a Sales & Finance Administrator to provide high-quality support across Sales and Finance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety—balancing client-facing support and sales coordination with financial administration.

What You’ll Do

Prepare sales & financial reports (KPI dashboards, forecasts).

Support the sales team with proposals, contracts & client onboarding.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing & reconciliations.

Liaise with clients to ensure smooth order fulfilment & deliveries.

Act as first point of contact for sales, finance & customer queries.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with financial systems (Xero, MYOB) & CRM (Salesforce).

Strong admin & reporting skills (advanced Excel a plus).

Background in B2B sales support and financial admin.

CPA (or equivalent) desirable,

Japanese language skills an advantage.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great communicator.
