At Madison Technologies, our Customer Experience team plays a vital role in making it easy for our sales team and customers to do business. From processing orders and preparing quotes, to following up on ETAs and resolving enquiries, we’re the people who keep everything on track behind the scenes.
We’re looking for a Sales Support & Customer Service Officer to bring accuracy, energy, and attention to detail to this fast-paced, customer-focused role. It’s the perfect blend of administration and customer service, with a strong focus on supporting sales operations.
What you’ll do
Working closely with our sales, product, and operations teams, you will:
Process customer orders in our CRM with speed and precision
Prepare and follow up on quotes to help secure orders
Respond to stock and ETA enquiries, managing expectations clearly and professionally
Coordinate order releases, ensuring timely dispatch and resolution of any issues
Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email (no cold calling — only existing customers and enquiries)
Keep customer records accurate and up to date in Salesforce or similar systems
Support inside sales efforts by understanding customer needs and offering practical solutions
About you
You’re organised, proactive, and thrive where accuracy and service go hand-in-hand. You enjoy balancing admin with customer interaction and take pride in helping teams and customers succeed.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, or administration
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Confidence working with systems such as Salesforce, ERP, or CRM tools
A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly
