The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for running a 28,000 sq ft warehouse and delivery hub, leading and scaling a large workforce that could exceed 200 employees. This is a seven-day-a-week operation where safety, efficiency, and service standards must be delivered without compromise.
Key Responsibilities

• Full leadership of a high-volume warehouse and last-mile delivery operation
• Managing, motivating and developing a workforce of 200+ across multiple functions
• Driving operational excellence in inventory management, staffing, and safety
• Overseeing daily warehouse and transport execution
• Coordinating across multiple teams to deliver results at scale
